In your notification settings, you decide what you want to be informed about — and via which channel: by email, by browser push or both. You decide individually for each event.

Sign in and open My Area → Notifications. Here you'll find all the controls in one place.
Set the channels
Decide whether you want to be informed by email, by browser push or via both channels. Push must be allowed once in the browser.
Choose events & topics
Turn on individually what you want to hear about — for example new comments or status changes. Additionally, you can subscribe to topics (categories) and be informed about every new idea in them.
What you can set individually

FAQ
What's the difference between email and push?
Emails reach you in your inbox. Push notifications appear immediately on your device or in the browser — even when the page isn't open. You can use one or both channels.
How do I subscribe to a topic?
Select the desired categories in the notification settings. After that, you get a message as soon as a new idea in that topic is approved.
I'm getting too many notifications
Turn off individual events you don't need, reduce your subscribed topics or disable an entire channel (email or push).
