The AI Co-Pilot helps in several places: it helps citizens phrase their idea more clearly and takes recurring work off moderators' hands — from grouping many ideas to drafting status updates.
Safe bike lane on Market Street
Cars often drive too fast on Market Street. A physically separated bike lane would protect cyclists and calm the traffic.
What the AI Co-Pilot can do
- Improve ideas: suggests a clearer title and text when submitting, recommends categories and flags possible duplicates.
- Group topics: automatically combines many submitted ideas into a few clear topics.
- Draft updates: turns your bullet points into an understandable status update for citizens.
Activate the Organisation plan
The AI Co-Pilot is part of the Organisation plan. As soon as it's active, the ✨ buttons appear automatically — there's nothing else to set up.
As a citizen: „Improve with AI“
When submitting an idea, first type your thoughts and then click „Improve with AI“. You get a suggestion for the title, text and categories — review it and apply it with one click or adjust it.
As a moderator: „Group topics“
In the moderation area, you'll find the „Group topics“ action at the top. The AI organizes submitted ideas into a few topics — ideal for keeping an overview when there are many proposals.
As a moderator: „Draft update“
In an idea's timeline, „Draft update“ lets you turn a few bullet points into a finished, friendly status update. Before publishing, you read it through and adjust it if needed.

I don't see the AI features
The AI Co-Pilot is part of the Organisation plan. Check your plan under Moderation → Plan or contact us for an upgrade.
Do I have to accept the suggestions?
No. Suggestions are non-binding — you can apply, edit or ignore them. Your original text is kept.
Is anything published automatically?
No. The AI only produces drafts and suggestions. Nothing is published until you actively confirm it.
