Collect ideas from across your school, let everyone vote on them, and show transparently what comes of them. Without collecting your students' personal data, and without a cookie banner.

Whether it's the student council, class council, or school development: good ideas come from everywhere, but they get lost fast in the daily routine. With MyIdeas your school gets its own idea platform, branded in your school's design, where students, teachers, and school leadership can submit, comment on, and rate proposals. That makes participation at your school visible, plannable, and easy to follow for everyone – from the first suggestion to the finished result.

At a school, data protection counts double. That's why sign-in works via SMS login: no password, no email address, and none of your students' personal data required. Hosted in Germany and GDPR-compliant with no cookie banner, MyIdeas works for everything from a quick schoolyard poll to a full school development process – and for small schools and student council teams it's even free forever.

Collect student council ideas instead of losing them

Is your student council still gathering suggestions on paper, in class-rep meetings, or in a WhatsApp group? On MyIdeas every idea lives in one place – with images, categories, and a clear vote that shows what really matters to the student body.

Submit ideas with text, images, and categories like schoolyard, cafeteria, or clubs
Prioritize what moves the school through voting, comments, and emoji reactions
Live experience with real-time votes and confetti – perfect for council meetings and assemblies

Participation everyone can see

Participation only works when people can see that something is happening. The public progress wall shows every idea on its way from "New" to "Done" – so motivation stays high and no one wonders whether their suggestion quietly disappeared.

Kanban wall from "New" to "Done" for full transparency
Clear proof of real participation for school development and reporting
Your own logo, school colors, and dark mode for your school's look

Data protection made for minors

At a school, participation must never come at the cost of your students' data. MyIdeas is built on data minimization: sign-in via SMS instead of email, hosting in Germany, and analytics entirely without cookies.

SMS login: no password, no email, no personal student data
GDPR-compliant, hosted in Germany, cookie-free analytics with no cookie banner
