Public Progress Wall

Updated on 08.07.2026

On the progress page, everyone — with no sign-in — sees what happens to submitted ideas. Ideas are shown grouped by status, so it's always clear what has been reviewed, selected or already implemented.

What the progress page shows

  • All ideas grouped by status — for example „New“, „Selected“ and „In progress“.
  • A highlighted wall for implemented ideas, with before/after images.
  • A KPI strip with the key figures at a glance.

Find the progress page

The page is publicly reachable via „Progress“ in the navigation (address /fortschritt). Citizens need no account.

Keep idea statuses up to date

The wall thrives on current statuses. As a moderator, change an idea's status — for example to „In progress“ or „Done“ — and the idea automatically moves to the right place.

Add before/after images

For implemented ideas, upload an image. An idea's first image is used for the success wall and makes the result visible.

Customize the status options

Under Moderation → Settings → Status options, you can adjust the status labels and colors to fit your processes.

FAQ

Do citizens have to sign in?

No. The progress page is fully public and can be viewed without signing in.

Why isn't an idea appearing on the wall?

Only approved, non-archived ideas are shown. Check that the idea is approved and has a suitable status.

How do before/after images get into the success wall?

Upload an image on the implemented idea. The first image added is automatically shown in the success wall.
