For companies & product teams
No more feature requests scattered across emails and tickets. Collect your customers’ product ideas in one place, let them vote, and use a public roadmap to show what you build next.
Customers constantly have good ideas — but they reach you through support, social media, sales and surveys, and get lost along the way. A central feedback board bundles every wish, surfaces duplicates and shows through voting what is really in demand.
Instead of guessing internally which feature comes next, you decide based on data — and communicate back transparently. A public roadmap shows what is planned, in progress and done. That cuts support queries and strengthens customer loyalty.
All product ideas and wishes come together centrally — traceable instead of scattered across channels and inboxes.
Show transparently what you are working on — it builds trust and saves support effort.
Own domain, SSO and data hosting in Germany — a fit for professional teams.
Collect users’ feature requests and prioritise the product roadmap.
Capture customers’ wishes on range and service and act on them.
Involve members and follow up on proposals transparently.
Both are possible. You can run an open board where all ideas are visible, or protect access with a password or sign-in. So the platform fits public customer feedback as well as internal teams.
Sign-in is low-barrier via SMS code — without a password. That keeps the barrier low and prevents multiple votes.
Technically both use the same platform. The feedback board targets external customers and product wishes; the employee suggestion scheme targets staff. You can run both in parallel.
