To submit and vote, sign in with your mobile number — you get a code by SMS, no password needed. In some organizations, signing in with your existing company account is also possible.
Submit an idea
Open „Submit idea“, enter a meaningful title, choose one or more categories and describe your idea. Optionally, you can add images. As you type, similar ideas are shown — so you avoid duplicates.
Vote for ideas
If you like an idea, vote for it with one click. Each person has one vote per idea; clicking again removes it. The more votes an idea gets, the more visible it becomes.
Join the discussion
Add comments, react with emojis and save ideas as favorites to follow them. That's how a lively exchange forms around the best proposals.

Do I have to sign in?
Not to read — but to submit and vote, yes. Signing in with an SMS code takes just a moment and prevents multiple votes.
Can I take back my vote?
Yes. Just click the vote again to remove it.
What happens after I submit an idea?
Depending on the settings, your idea is briefly reviewed by moderation and then publicly visible. You can follow its path to implementation on the progress page.
